Submission Guidelines

There are many talented crafters out there that contribute to the fete every year. Some well known. Some Anonymous. Whoever you are, we want you to know that anything you create is precious and we acknowledge and appreciate the time, expense and effort placed into every brushstroke, stitch and glue dab.

So to make sure that your donation is priced correctly, we need to know what price you would place on the item. Please keep in mind that this is a fete and many people come looking for bargains.

This years committee members have asked for up to five (5) each of an item be made. No more please.

If you are interested in being involved in the craft for the fete you can participate in the following ways:

• Donate materials - These can be listed on the "Materials for Collection" page of this blog. Just send and e-mail with the details and a contact number.
• Participate in one of the workshops. Dates and times for these workshops are posted on this blog.
• Create up to 5 items of your specialty craft and drop it off at the school office prior to the fete. Please include your name so we can thank you and don't forget to leave an indication of the price of the item.
• Publish a tutorial on this site so others can learn a new craft for the fete. Just E-mail me with the details and pictures.
• Wrapping night. Everyone is welcome to come and sort, price and wrap all the goodies.

This is a wonderful community project where you can meet new people, share ideas and have fun.
